I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in clinical psychology from Vanguard University. My educational background also includes and Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Human Services from William Penn University where I was a 4-year collegiate athlete.
I am passionate about work the work I do and have a great deal of experience working with a variety of clients experiencing struggles with anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and sexual abuse. I use an attachment-based approach, rooted in psychodynamic and humanistic therapy. My approach in work I do with couples specifically includes emotion focused therapy, attachment styles, and conflict resolution.
